Do Amicus Installers have any timing flexibility for when they ask the customer to sign the RISC(s)?

Yes, but Clean Energy CU recommends that the customer sign the RISC(s) sometime: (a) after (or at the same time as)
the solar PV system purchase/installation agreement is signed; but (b) before the installation commences. That being
said, the Amicus Dealer could theoretically ask the customer to sign the RISC(s) at any time, for example: (a) after the
solar PV system is fully installed; or (b) after the net meter is installed; or (c) any other time of their choosing.
However, this may delay when the Amicus Dealer receives payment of the loan proceeds from Clean Energy CU for
various reasons (primarily because the UCC cannot be filed until the RISC is signed, and this step can otherwise be
taken in parallel with the installation process).
