Log In to Mobile Banking
Open the Clean Energy CU app and access card hub by selecting “CARDS” in the menu at the bottom of the app.
Push to Your Wallet
Select “Add to Digital Wallet” (Apple Pay or Google Pay) and follow the simple prompt to authorize.
Set as Primary / Default
- Apple Wallet: Open the Wallet app, press and hold your Clean Energy CU card, and drag it to the front.
- Google Wallet: Open the Google Wallet app, tap your Clean Energy CU card, and tap “Make default card.”

FAQs
With Card Hub, you can set your notifications to text, email, or push directly from the app when you want to be alerted about transactions. You can also dictate how, when, and where your card can be used.

Mobile App: You can access card hub through Clean Energy Credit Union’s mobile app by selecting “CARDS” menu at the bottom of the app.
Online Banking: You can access card hub through online banking by logging in and selecting “Cards” from the main navigation.
Adding a new card is a breeze, just select the “add card” feature within online banking and enter the card details.
In online banking or on our mobile app, get started by selecting “Add Card Alerts or Blocks” under the Card Controls tab in online banking. Choose “Set Declines and Alerts” next to the card you’d like to set alerts for. From there, choose which type of transaction you’d like to modify the settings for. You can set declines and alerts based on merchant type, location, and spend limits.
To switch your card off, simply move the toggle located under the image of your card in online banking or the app to “off”, you will be asked to confirm if you’d like to turn your card off.
