Annual Board of Directors Elections
In accordance with Clean Energy CU’s bylaws, our Board Chair recently formed a committee to nominate at least one individual for each open Board position. The nominating committee has recommended the following three candidates to be added to any members nominated through the petition process below.
The Election: Members will receive voting instructions via email on how to vote electronically April 12th – May 1st, 2026. No paper ballots will be made available and there will be no “floor nominations” accepted.
Petition Process: Members who’d like to nominate a Board candidate can do so by sending a petition to info@cleanenergycu.org or to Clean Energy Credit Union, P.O. Box 4233, Englewood, CO 80155. All nominating petitions must be received by April 11th, 2026.
